SHUKALB has received financing for a Grant titled \u201cStrengthened Responsive Services to the WSS Sector-Specific Needs in Albania through Capacity Development and Advocacy Activities\u201d in the frame of the project Regional Capacity Development Network (RCDN +) for Water and Sanitation services in SEE.<\/p>\n
The project \u201cRegional Capacity Development Network (RCDN) for Water and Sanitation Services\u201d aims at increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Associations of Public Utilities (APUCs) and of Local Governments (LGAs) in the six Western Balkan countries, which contributes to better service provision for and by their members, ultimately allowing to deliver equitable, safely managed drinking water and sanitation services to the population, in line with international standards.<\/p>\n
Aim of the Assignment: <\/strong>The overall objective of this assignment is two folds: 1) update the five-year Strategic Business Plan for SHUKALB<\/strong>, and 2) Develop a roadmap document exploring the opportunities for the Training Unit as a separate activity<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The specific objectives of the assignment are to:<\/p>\n More details about the required services are found in the Terms of Reference (ToR)<\/a><\/strong><\/span> document.<\/p>\n SHUKALB invites eligible and qualified experts to indicate their interest in undertaking this assignment.
