Ofrimi i programit mb\u00ebshtetet bashk\u00ebrisht nga Partneriteti i Danubit (D-LeaP) dhe Rrjeti Rajonal i Zhvillimit t\u00eb Kapaciteteve (RCDN).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Objektivat dhe Struktura e Programit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Programi i D-LeaP Akses n\u00eb Financim \u00ebsht\u00eb krijuar p\u00ebr t&#8217;u ofruar pjes\u00ebmarr\u00ebsve nj\u00eb kuptim t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb koncepteve themelore t\u00eb menaxhimit financiar. K\u00ebto aft\u00ebsi jan\u00eb thelb\u00ebsore p\u00ebr administrimin efektiv t\u00eb t\u00eb ardhurave, sigurimin e mbulimit t\u00eb kostove, zbatimin e praktikave t\u00eb sh\u00ebndosha t\u00eb kontabilitetit, menaxhimin e aseteve, vendosjen e tarifave, vler\u00ebsimin e investimeve dhe aksesin n\u00eb financimin e jasht\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>Programi do t\u00eb ndjek\u00eb <strong>ciklin standard me tre seminare D-LeaP<\/strong>, i plot\u00ebsuar nga detyrat e sht\u00ebpis\u00eb dhe mb\u00ebshtetje e vazhdueshme nga trajner\u00ebt.
