The issues were later prioritized and included in the Annual Work Plan of the working group.<\/p>\n<p>Participants included representatives from the Water Regulatory Authority, the Kamez Water Utility, the Gjirokaster Regional Water Utility, the Association for Local Autonomy, and SHUKALB.
