The Trainers are the cornerstone of the whole Program, and they are key in guaranteeing the sustainability of the Program intervention and further replication in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The specific objectives of the assignment are to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver 3 days of training in Tirana with all selected PUCs, a one field visit for each of the PUCs, on elements of Water Safety Plan Risk Assessment and Crisis Management.<\/li>\n<li>Provide direct advisory services to the PUCs during the site visits for the trainings, as well as remotely in between the trainings;<\/li>\n<li>Guide and support the PUCs in completing and finalizing their Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Water Safety Plan Risk Assessment and Crisis Management;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>More details about the required services are found in the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/shukalb.al\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/ToR-for-WSP0CM_2025.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Terms of Reference (ToR)<\/a><\/strong> document.<\/p>\n<p>SHUKALB invites eligible and qualified trainers to indicate their interest in undertaking this assignment. Interested trainers must provide the following documents and information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Curriculum Vitae,<\/li>\n<li>Certificate of ToT completion,<\/li>\n<li>Reference for relevant assignments, presented in the CV,<\/li>\n<li>Proposed experts&#8217; daily rate. The financial offer shall contain the total budget for executing the task including travel costs.
