From 10\u201312 September 2025, at the Hilton Garden Inn Hotel, Tirana, SHUKALB successfully conducted the 3-Day General Training of Trainers, organized within the framework of the RCDN+ (Regional Capacity Development Network) project.<\/p>\n

The training aimed to strengthen the methodological competencies of water sector professionals for delivering high-quality trainings in accordance with the RCDN Quality Standards.<\/p>\n

Over the course of three days, trainers from SHUKALB\u2019s Pool of Trainers, as well as representatives from water utility companies and public institutions, participated in a series of interactive sessions that combined theoretical concepts with hands-on exercises.<\/p>\n

The training was facilitated by Master Trainer Dr. Evis Gjebrea, in collaboration with Frosela Filo and Olta Alla, to whom SHUKALB extends its gratitude for their professionalism and dedication.<\/p>\n
