Fokusi i k\u00ebtij takimi ishte prezantimi dhe diskutimi mbi progresin e b\u00ebr\u00eb nga Projekti lidhur me Komponentin II: Krijimi i nj<\/em>\u00eb Programi Certifikimi t\u00eb Bazuar n\u00eb Testim p\u00ebr Menaxher\u00ebt Operacional\u00eb n\u00eb Sektorin e Furnizimit me Uj\u00eb dhe Kanalizimeve n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri<\/em>.<\/em> \u00a0M\u00eb konkretisht, axhenda e takimit p\u00ebrfshinte prezantimin dhe diskutimin e p\u00ebrqasjeve t\u00eb propozuara p\u00ebr fushat dhe nivelet e certifikimit, bazuar n\u00eb nj\u00eb struktur\u00eb organizative t\u00eb propozuar p\u00ebr shoq\u00ebrit\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime, n\u00eb drit\u00ebn e ndryshimeve t\u00eb paraqitura nga Reforma n\u00eb Sektorin e Ujit.[:en]

In line with the continuing effort to establishment a Test- Based Certification Program for Operational Managers in the Water Supply and Wastewater Sector in Albania, the Project and the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure organized a scheduled meeting of the Working Group.\u00a0 The meeting was organized on 10 March, at the premises of the Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure, with the participation of major water sector stakeholders such as the Water Regulatory Authority, the General Directorate of Water Supply and Sewerage, the Technical Secretariat of the National Water Council, and the Association of Municipalities. Also participating in the meeting was the Utility Advisory Committee, which is composed of a select group of Water Supply and Wastewater Utility Directors.<\/p>\n

The focus of this meeting was to present and discuss the progress made by the Project with relation to Component II: Establishment of the Test-Based Certification Program for Operational Managers in the Water Supply and Wastewater Sector in Albania<\/em>. \u00a0More specifically, the agenda of the meeting included the presentation and discussion of proposed approaches for areas and levels of certification, based on a proposed organizational structure for utilities, in the light of the changes presented by the Water Sector Reform.<\/p>\n
