P\u00ebrfshirja e tij d\u00ebshmon gjithashtu se si bashk\u00ebpunimi i ngusht\u00eb nd\u00ebrmjet shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime dhe institucioneve akademike mund t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrroj\u00eb vite t\u00eb t\u00ebra p\u00ebrvoje operacionale dhe njohurish t\u00eb bazuara n\u00eb praktik\u00ebn n\u00eb terren n\u00eb evidenca t\u00eb mb\u00ebshtetura shkenc\u00ebrisht, me vler\u00eb m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb p\u00ebr sektorin e ujit dhe mjedisit.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nj\u00eb perspektiv\u00eb 14-vje\u00e7are nga Kor\u00e7a<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Studimi bazohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb periudh\u00eb 14-vje\u00e7are monitorimi, q\u00eb mbulon vitet <strong>2010\u20132024<\/strong>, n\u00eb ITUN Kor\u00e7\u00eb. Studiuesit analizuan cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e llumit, duke i kushtuar v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb metaleve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, si zinku, bakri, nikeli, kadmiumi, merkuri dhe plumbi. Gjithashtu, ata analizuan tokat bujq\u00ebsore ku do te mund te aplikohej llum i trajtuar, duke vler\u00ebsuar jo vet\u00ebm p\u00ebrqendrimet totale t\u00eb metaleve, por edhe fraksionin e tyre t\u00eb disponuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrthithje nga bim\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Rezultatet jan\u00eb inkurajuese. Gjat\u00eb gjith\u00eb periudh\u00ebs s\u00eb monitorimit, p\u00ebrqendrimet e metaleve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda n\u00eb llumin e ITUN Kor\u00e7\u00eb mbet\u00ebn brenda kufijve t\u00eb zbatuesh\u00ebm sipas legjislacionit shqiptar dhe standardeve evropiane rregullatore t\u00eb marra n\u00eb konsiderat\u00eb n\u00eb studim p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi. N\u00eb t\u00eb nj\u00ebjt\u00ebn koh\u00eb, studimi identifikoi disa tendenca q\u00eb k\u00ebrkojn\u00eb v\u00ebmendje t\u00eb vazhdueshme, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht rritjen e zinkut pas vitit 2019 dhe rritjen e merkurit n\u00eb vitin 2024, megjith\u00ebse t\u00eb dyja k\u00ebto mbet\u00ebn duksh\u00ebm n\u00ebn kufijt\u00eb rregullator\u00eb t\u00eb zbatuesh\u00ebm.<\/p>\n<p>E r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme \u00ebsht\u00eb t\u00eb theksohet se p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebria me kufijt\u00eb e p\u00ebrqendrimeve, n\u00eb vetvete, nuk d\u00ebshmon se rip\u00ebrdorimi n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi \u00ebsht\u00eb i sigurt nga pik\u00ebpamja mjedisore n\u00eb t\u00eb gjitha kushtet. Rip\u00ebrdorimi i sigurt varet gjithashtu nga faktor\u00eb t\u00eb till\u00eb si karakteristikat e tok\u00ebs, normat e aplikimit, ngarkesa kumulative, l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebria e metaleve, p\u00ebrthithja nga bim\u00ebt dhe monitorimi afatgjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>P\u00ebrtej p\u00ebrqendrimeve totale<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb nga gjetjet m\u00eb t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme t\u00eb studimit \u00ebsht\u00eb se p\u00ebrqendrimet totale t\u00eb metaleve t\u00eb r\u00ebnda, vet\u00ebm, nuk japin domosdoshm\u00ebrisht nj\u00eb pasqyr\u00eb t\u00eb plot\u00eb t\u00eb rrezikut mjedisor. Studiuesit konstatuan nj\u00eb ndryshim t\u00eb konsideruesh\u00ebm nd\u00ebrmjet sasis\u00eb totale t\u00eb metaleve t\u00eb pranishme n\u00eb tok\u00eb dhe fraksionit t\u00eb disponuesh\u00ebm p\u00ebr p\u00ebrthithje nga bim\u00ebt. P\u00ebr shembull, nikeli total n\u00eb tok\u00ebn e analizuar arriti n\u00eb 810 mg\/kg, nd\u00ebrsa vet\u00ebm 5.7 mg\/kg ishte leht\u00ebsisht i disponuesh\u00ebm. N\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb ngjashme, vet\u00ebm nj\u00eb pjes\u00eb e vog\u00ebl e sasis\u00eb totale t\u00eb zinkut dhe bakrit ishte e disponueshme p\u00ebr bim\u00ebt.<\/p>\n<p>Kushtet alkaline t\u00eb tok\u00ebs, me nj\u00eb pH prej rreth 7.9, ndihmojn\u00eb n\u00eb kufizimin e l\u00ebvizshm\u00ebris\u00eb s\u00eb metaleve. Megjithat\u00eb, kjo nuk do t\u00eb thot\u00eb se metalet jan\u00eb t\u00eb imobilizuara n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb p\u00ebrhershme. Ndryshimet n\u00eb kushtet e tok\u00ebs, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht ulja e pH-s\u00eb, mund t\u00eb rrisin biodisponueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e tyre n\u00eb t\u00eb ardhmen. Kjo n\u00ebnvizon r\u00ebnd\u00ebsin\u00eb e monitorimit afatgjat\u00eb t\u00eb tok\u00ebs, menaxhimit t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm t\u00eb aplikimit dhe vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb rrezikut specifik p\u00ebr \u00e7do zon\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Llumi i trajtuar i ITUN si burim<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00ebrkimi evidenton gjithashtu potencialin agronomik t\u00eb llumit t\u00eb trajtuar. Llumi i Kor\u00e7\u00ebs p\u00ebrmban sasi t\u00eb konsiderueshme azoti, fosfori dhe l\u00ebnde organike, me rreth 2.0\u20132.7% azot, 1.3\u20132.3% P\u2082O\u2085 dhe 20\u201336% l\u00ebnd\u00eb organike. K\u00ebto karakteristika mund t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb pjellorin\u00eb e tok\u00ebs, p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsimin e struktur\u00ebs s\u00eb saj dhe sigurimin e l\u00ebnd\u00ebve ushqyese p\u00ebr prodhimin bujq\u00ebsor, n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb kushteve t\u00eb p\u00ebrshtatshme t\u00eb aplikimit dhe menaxhimit.<\/p>\n<p>Prandaj, studimi mb\u00ebshtet konceptin e llumit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura si nj\u00eb burim potencial n\u00eb kuad\u00ebr t\u00eb ekonomis\u00eb qarkulluese, dhe jo thjesht si nj\u00eb produkt mbetje. Megjithat\u00eb, rip\u00ebrdorimi n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi duhet t\u00eb mbetet i kontrolluar, i bazuar n\u00eb vler\u00ebsimin e rrezikut dhe i mb\u00ebshtetur nga monitorimi i p\u00ebrshtatsh\u00ebm. N\u00eb ve\u00e7anti, metalet si zinku dhe nikeli mund t\u00eb akumulohen n\u00eb tok\u00eb me kalimin e koh\u00ebs, n\u00ebse normat e aplikimit, ngarkesa kumulative dhe kushtet specifike t\u00eb zon\u00ebs nuk menaxhohen si\u00e7 duhet.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sfida shkon p\u00ebrtej cil\u00ebsis\u00eb s\u00eb llumit<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nj\u00eb p\u00ebrfundim i r\u00ebnd\u00ebsish\u00ebm i studimit \u00ebsht\u00eb se, n\u00eb rastin e Kor\u00e7\u00ebs, sfida kryesore p\u00ebr nj\u00eb rip\u00ebrdorim m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb llumit mund t\u00eb lidhet m\u00eb pak me p\u00ebrputhshm\u00ebrin\u00eb aktuale me kufijt\u00eb p\u00ebr metalet e r\u00ebnda dhe m\u00eb shum\u00eb me kapacitetin institucional dhe teknik t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb p\u00ebr t\u00eb menaxhuar n\u00eb m\u00ebnyr\u00eb t\u00eb sigurt llumin n\u00eb periudh\u00eb afatgjat\u00eb.<\/p>\n<p>Megjith\u00ebse Shqip\u00ebria ka nj\u00eb kuad\u00ebr rregullator p\u00ebr p\u00ebrdorimin e llumit t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave t\u00eb ndotura n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi, studimi evidenton disa boshll\u00ebqe t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme, duke p\u00ebrfshir\u00eb disponueshm\u00ebrin\u00eb e kufizuar t\u00eb laborator\u00ebve t\u00eb akredituar, munges\u00ebn e nj\u00eb regjistri komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e llumit dhe koordinimin e pamjaftuesh\u00ebm nd\u00ebrmjet institucioneve p\u00ebrkat\u00ebse.<\/p>\n<p>Autor\u00ebt rekomandojn\u00eb tri masa kryesore: integrimin e vler\u00ebsimit t\u00eb bazuar n\u00eb biodisponueshm\u00ebri n\u00eb kuadrin rregullator; krijimin e nj\u00eb regjistri komb\u00ebtar p\u00ebr cil\u00ebsin\u00eb e llumit; dhe zhvillimin e kapaciteteve laboratorike t\u00eb akredituara n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri p\u00ebr analiz\u00ebn e mostrave t\u00eb llumit, tok\u00ebs dhe bim\u00ebve<strong>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nj\u00eb shembull i bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrmjet shoq\u00ebris\u00eb uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs-kanalizime dhe akademis\u00eb<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>P\u00ebrtej gjetjeve shkencore, studimi demonstron vler\u00ebn e bashk\u00ebpunimit nd\u00ebrmjet shoq\u00ebrive uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebs kanalizime dhe institucioneve akademike. P\u00ebrvoja afatgjat\u00eb dhe t\u00eb dh\u00ebnat e monitorimit t\u00eb ITUN Kor\u00e7\u00eb, t\u00eb kombinuara me ekspertiz\u00ebn akademike dhe laboratorike, kan\u00eb gjeneruar evidenca q\u00eb mund t\u00eb kontribuojn\u00eb n\u00eb nj\u00eb kuptim m\u00eb t\u00eb mir\u00eb t\u00eb menaxhimit t\u00eb llumit, jo vet\u00ebm n\u00eb Kor\u00e7\u00eb, por potencialisht edhe si nj\u00eb metodologji p\u00ebr vler\u00ebsime t\u00eb m\u00ebtejshme specifike p\u00ebr zona t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri dhe n\u00eb rajonin m\u00eb t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb Ballkanit Per\u00ebndimor.<\/p>\n<p>Studimi shqyrtoi gjithashtu sigurin\u00eb mikrobiologjike. Salmonella nuk u detektua n\u00eb mostrat e m\u00ebvonshme p\u00ebr t\u00eb cilat kishte t\u00eb dh\u00ebna, megjith\u00ebse nj\u00eb rezultat pozitiv ishte regjistruar n\u00eb vitin 2014. Cil\u00ebsia e llumit dhe p\u00ebrshtatshm\u00ebria e rip\u00ebrdorimit n\u00eb bujq\u00ebsi mund t\u00eb ndryshojn\u00eb n\u00eb var\u00ebsi t\u00eb karakteristikave t\u00eb uj\u00ebrave hyr\u00ebse, shkarkimeve industriale, proceseve t\u00eb trajtimit, trajtimit dhe stabilizimit t\u00eb llumit, normave t\u00eb aplikimit dhe kushteve specifike t\u00eb tok\u00ebs n\u00eb zon\u00ebn ku aplikohet.
