The key objective of the program will be to enable participants to develop an effective Asset Management Plan (AMP) ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of utility assets. The program will consist of 3 workshops of 1 day each during September. During this this period, experts/trainers will provide technical assistance to the participants on the development process of AMP. SHUKALB will engage the needed expertise to work closley with ERRU in devising the methodology for a comprehensive Plan for Asset Management. This template will serve as a standardized framework that WSS companies to customize to align with their specific needs and circumstances.

Target Group

The program targets 7 Water Utilities (WUs) in Albania engaging two staff members from each, aiming specifically at upper managerial staff, which includes both senior and middle management roles. This includes administrators, finance managers, and technical managers.

Participation fee

This program has financial support from the D-LeaP program, which covers the costs of trainers and the rent of the premises. The program is limited to a limited number of 7 WSS companies from 2 participants. The reduced participation fee for this program is:

• SHUKALB members is 23,000 Lek/person + VAT, and for
• Non-Members 28,000 Lek/person + VAT.
